Muchos tenemos actitudes que pueden sonar extrañas. Algunas
Many of us have attitudes that may sound strange. Some people do not even realize what they are doing while they sleep because of sleep disorders, and wake up the next day as if nothing had happened. When we close our eyes, we basically want a restful, restful sleep.
Sleep paralysis
Our body has mechanisms to block our muscles while we sleep and thus prevent them from moving according to what we are dreaming. However, sometimes failures occur and, even if we are half-awake, we are unable to move a single muscle. It is what is known as sleep paralysis, and creates a very distressing sensation in the sufferer.
We speak out loud
We can say a word or phrase aloud. They are phenomena that we later forget and no matter how hard we try to remember "what we have said" we are unable to believe it
Eye movement
The dream is divided into 5 stages, where the last (REM cycle) is the deepest sleep stage, here the rapid eye movement occurs. It is the moment in which our deepest and most vivid dreams become present. This phase lasts from 90 to 120 minutes. During this time, your brain sends an order of paralysis to your motor system to avoid the movement of your body while you dream.
The memory
Within 5 minutes of waking up, you can only remember 50% of your dreams. At 10 minutes, 90% of what we dream is forgotten. People who do not dream anything or can never remember some part of their dreams usually have personality problems. Besides being a necessary and common activity, the dream contains a whole series of mysteries that science has tried to uncover little by little . While that happens, keep enjoying it and doing it properly, minimum 6 hours daily.
Invention of stories
Although there is much research on dreams and hypotheses about why we dream, the act still remains a great mystery for scientists.
They still do not discover why we dream, how we do it, and we have not even located a proven process that can explain the content of these stories, but which are invented by our mind during all the time the dream lasts, that is more than pure true.
